(Beloit, WI) Bill Mears, McGuire Mears & Associates
Coldwell Banker Commercial McGuire Mears & Associates is pleased to announce that the 422,700 square foot industrial building at 1 Reynolds Dr. in Beloit formerly occupied by Alcoa is one step closer to full occupancy. Staples will be joining current tenants TreeHouse Foods Inc, Axium Foods, and Serta Mattress Co.
Staples will move into 136,600 square feet in the easternmost part of the building. The company plans to relocate its larger bulk items to its new space, freeing up much-needed space at its distribution center in the Gateway Business Park.
Only 18,000 square feet remain vacant and available for lease.
“The transformation of this building has been remarkable,” says Bill Mears, Coldwell Banker Commercial McGuire Mears & Associates, listing broker for the property. It has been a thrill to see it be adaptively reborn into an industrial flex building. [Owner] Todd Kaiser truly had a vision.”
Mears represented the landlord and Chase Brieman of CBRE represented Staples in the transaction.
